Mites
- Clean Up on Sunday May 11 at 10:30. Mite parents, the more peopleyou
have show up at clean up the faster it goes. With enough help clean up
can only take about 2 hours, so please stress the importance of this to
all
Mite parents.
Tyke #1 - 6 people to Bartend
from 10:00-11:30pm
Tyke #2 - Selling liquor/beer
tickets at ticket table #2 from 8:00pm-1:00am
(Usually 2 people per hour)
Tyke #3 - 6 people to Bartend
from 10:00-11:30pm
Novice Rep - 6 people to
bartend from 11:30pm-1:00am
Atom #1 - Door/Admission
from 8:00pm-Midnight ? Taking admission money,usually 2 people per hour
on the door.
Atom # 2 - Selling liquor/beer
tickets at ticket table #1 from 8:00pm-1:00am. (Usually 2 people per hour)
Atom Rep - 6 people to bartend
from 11:30pm-1:00am
Peewee Local - 6 people
to bartend from 8:00-10:00pm
Peewee Rep - 6 people to
bartend from 8:00-10:00pm
Bantam Local - Prepare food
trays on the Friday night and set out and cleanup food the night of the
dance.
Bantam Rep - Help to set
up for the Car Dance on the Wednesday May 7 before the car dance. Parents
and Players are urged to attend to help set up.
Midget Rep - Help to set
up for the Banquet on the Wednesday APRIL 23 beforethe dance. Parents
and Players are urged to attend to help set up.
