To our Hockey Players and Parents;

Its registration time and we invite you to join us for another hockey season. It is necessary that we have all players registered on the dates below to enable us to meet league deadlines for teams and numbers.

Registration fees for the 2010 – 2011 seasons are as follows:

We wish to point out that the amount of money you pay for car draw tickets is your prepayment for their sale, and the money you get when you sell them is yours to keep. This amount shouldn’t be considered an expense of playing hockey, therefore, but a compulsory participation in an extremely successful fundraiser. Creemore Minor Hockey is still able to offer one of the lowest registration fees in the area. Registration fees may be paid using three post dated cheques dated August 1st, September 1st, and October 1st. There will be a $100 late fee for any player,signing on after the registration dates listed above who has received a registration letter. This late registration policy will be strictly enforced. Should you miss regular registration times, you will need to contact Steve Hepburn at 466-5578 to arrange a time to complete the forms, and players late to register will be placed on a waiting list. To repeat, late fees will be charged for late registration. Players must accompany their parents to registration as their signature is required, and a photocopy of birth certificates is required for those new to the organization. We will have a photocopier at registration for your convenience. Please ensure payment accompanies you to registration.

Any request for refunds of registration fees must be in writing. If granted a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 will be automatically charged. Other fees will be prorated based on the hours of ice time the player participated in.
